After studying chemistry at Manchester University and working briefly as a microbiologist Tim the Head Chef decided to follow his true passion from his grandmother and become a chef. Originally from Canterbury I have been working in the local area for almost a decade trying to perfect my craft and be ready for an opportunity like this. I am excited to be able to bring my own style to that of Kathton House and will bring a focus on fresh, local and seasonal produce while trying to experiment with a wide range of techniques and flavours. I hope that those who dine with us enjoy their meal as much as I know I will enjoy making it.
Our Front of House Manager, Dylan Olding, has over three years experience as a Conference and Banqueting Manager in a 5 Star Hotel and has joined the team to bring his vast knowledge of wine and an eye to detail for providing excellent customer service.
